The other day, I was complaining that I could only drink brewed coffee at homeā¦ and now itās my third day drinking it at home because Iām on sick leave. Haha careful what you wish for! Also, Iāve decided I want a smart ring to track my sleep and activity. Itās recommended choosing the right size with a size kit, which I received yesterday. After testing the samples, I realized I feel most comfortable wearing it on my thumb rather than the recommended index finger. Overall, it does the same as a smartwatch or fitness band, but Iām especially interested in sleep tracking. I donāt like wearing a wristband to bed, so the ring seemed like a more comfortable alternative. Does anyone already have one or something similar? What are your thoughts?

It's hard to say. They say yes, but I think they're all quite similar. What matters most is consistently tracking the data over time using the same device. For me, wearing a ring is just easier than any wristband
