but what does it actually do? I've met and worked alongside some incredible anons who aren't bros. I'm confident that many do not see themselves as ornamental objects, fundamentally they're some of the best of us, and they're just as on-call, behind the scenes.

I totally get your point. It’s frustrating when messaging feels off, especially when you know amazing people who don’t fit the narrative. Curious to see what others think!
