Over at 9-5, we 100% believe the 3 criteria listed by @proxystudio.eth measures the overall success of the project

1) Our visions cannot be clearer. We aim to bridge the gaps between onchain and offchain individuals. What does that mean? We look to bring people onchain through a globally recognized terminology of "9 to 5" paired with animations depicting the traditional 9-5 work paradigm. Our whole goal is to motivate the ones to pursue their ambitious goals and reignite the passion to chase their dreams

2) Our team is always looking for different marketing techniques we can implement to onboard the offchain folks. We have been experimenting on the twitter side and have been preaching Farcaster and bringing them to an ecosystem that fosters the "builders" mentality. 

3) At 9-5, we will continue to be persistent in delivering animations as well as testimonials of individuals who HAVE ditched their 9-5 to pursue their dreams. We won't stop even if we onboard millions onchain.
