Would you rather stake your NFT and getting 500USD weekly rewards but you dont know how long it lasts for? Or sell it instantly for 100k?

If any idiot goes with 500USD/week, it would take 200 weeks (~3.83 years) to recoup 100K USD. 100K USD taken today and invested into bitcoin would grow to a minimum of 300k USD at the end of 4 years. The math is pretty straight forward.
