Not too late to own property bro. Every state, county, city or township has its own price point- but the entire country has one thing in common: On a month-to-month basis, Renting payments cost just as much as owning. The appeal used to be that it was cheaper to rent and maintenence/upkeep were included. Not anymore..

Just crazy to think that my parents were able to buy a huge nice house for 150k on my dads 70k salary in 1997, and now 25 years later, I couldn’t afford the same house on 3x the salary.

Nahh I fully agree. Inflation to Earnings is just wild and every1, (businesses) seem to be taking advantage. 

They calling it Greedflation.

Save up for that down-payment and make sure to pay a little bit more than the minimum for your C.C. each month - On Time! It took me 2yr to get my credit good.
