Kremlin spokesman Peskov said that Russian authorities questioned the communication tool Telegram, but Telegram founder Pavel Durov was not arrested in Russia. "No one has arrested him in this country. Of course, there have been inquiries before," Peskov said in an interview. "Yes, terrorists do use the Telegram network, but terrorists also use cars. Why don't they arrest the general manager of Renault or Citroen?" Peskov said.
