How To Preserve Tomatoes

I want to thank the lady who shared the knowledge of how to preserve tomatoes in salt water . I tried it and I must confess it works. The tomatoes are fresh and hard. She said you put water in a bucket abt 10litres then a handful of salt and stir well and put your tomatoes in that water. I would also encourage those who sale tomatoes try this method your tomatoes won't easily go bad. Indeed knowledge is power thank you mama. She said the Tomatoes will last for 3 weeks fresh and hard . meaning that the Tomatoes should be in the  salt for 3 weeks .
