My daughter will be entering university in two years, and her deep passion for history made me think seriously: how to combine her interest in the past with the professions that will be in demand in the future?

History today is not only academic research, but also new, more technological areas. For example, the growing interest in digital humanities. In this field, specialists work with large arrays of historical data, create digital archives, visualize historical processes using maps and graphs, and analyze texts using machine learning.
