What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned recently, and how did it change your perspective?

As for myself, I recently learned about the concept of “pre-crastination,” which is the urge to complete tasks as quickly as possible—even at the expense of doing them well or efficiently. 

It hit me because I sometimes rush through things just to “check them off my list”, even if it means creating more work for myself later. Im trying to learn to better consider this but it’s a daily effort.

Recently, I've been learning about the art of time balancing—juggling work, family, and being online. 

It’s taught me how precious every moment is and how setting boundaries can lead to more meaningful connections. 

Instead of trying to do everything at once, I’ve started prioritizing quality time with my family while staying efficient at work and purposeful online. 

It’s not always perfect, but it’s given me a new appreciation for being present in each area of life.
