I have had a continuous, unrelenting migraine headache since Friday afternoon.

I saw a video today about how to get a relief in migraine. 
First take deep breaths cuz may be it's because of lack of the oxygen. 
2nd drink a lot of water. Dehydrated body can also lead to migraine! Hope it helps just give it a try relax your body take deep breaths drink water 😊
