Update. 

Pulled it apart, adjusted belts, put it back together to then tear it down again to find something else that needs fixed and in the process I broke the wash plate. 

Ordered a wash plate and a new clutch and pulley. 

Successfully put it off for another couple days until parts arrive.

Pray for me

Update: 

New Clutch and Pulley arrived. Replaced, Cleaned and Greased everything and put it back together.

With some hesitation I spun it up, and behold! The washing machine is fixed!

My reward for fixing the machine with a $15 part and hours of frustration?

I get to do the dishes tonight. 😂 👨‍🔧
