In the quiet teammate who stands up to workplace bullies when they're trashing the new hire. In the friend who notices you're not yourself and straight-up asks if you're okay instead of ghosting. They're too busy grinding, stepping up when it counts, carrying weight without making it their whole personality. Their superpower isn't clout or cash – it's showing up real when everyone else is faking it. Real ones make their circle stronger not because it's easy, but because that's who they are.
