Gary Gensler, the head of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), on the verge of being replaced by Donald Trump, continues to stand by his position on digital currencies and enforcement.  In his recent speech, Gensler emphasized that Bitcoin (BTC) is not a security, but believes that most other cryptoassets are.
