It feels like a steady level of energy throughout the day instead of spikes of ups and downs with caffeine. At least that's what I experienced myself as well as hearing it from other people who removed caffeine too

this is why i stopped coffee for now. 

spikes and crash were not helping me stay calm mentally, physically

so far so good
