Can you scan this QR code?

If it *does not* work for you, can you respond with your device / model?

Still looking for examples of people who can't scan this with their device. 

(Investigating QR code reliability both in terms of formatting and simplifying the data payload.)

any old phone (android usual suspect - i have one for the brand account) that doesn't support scanning (obviously) and any phone that has a smudge on their lens have a difficulty (my iphone sometimes fail to load). nothing can be done about this to be honest.
