Right now, mint shows either "Mint with Warps" if eligible or an external link to the mint page if not. Tx is a direct wallet transaction. We had mint long before tx. (Even before frames!) Now that we have a format for transactions, it might make sense to unify them. For example, fall back to a tx instead of a link.
