08/18 2024 1. Went to an awesome brunch place with a friend. I feel I’m so lucky to have such a nice food. 2. I’m so grateful she understood my current situation and was very frank to me. I feel very safe when we talked and share ideas. Thanks for her existence. 3. Today’s weather is really beautiful. It’s a good time to wear the new top my mom got me:) I love it a lot. My mom is always the best!

I didn’t know the source of my anxiety for quite some time. I talked with a monk at a local temple. Monk: Why are you insisting on finding the source? Me: If I want to lessen my anxiety, isn’t the quickest way to solve it by addressing the source? Monk: You can cure it now…the source is not more important than now. 🤔then i donated money and felt better now
