Question / Idea: Is it possible to have an escape hatch from an L3 to the L1, even if the L2 thats sits in between is offline? I mean why not expand to L3s? Like a Base L3 with all the activity pushes data to the Base L2 (reserved for that) and that L2 pushes to ETH L1 Blobs?.
