going out to get Chinese food delivery is great but you simply can’t get the level of crispy I need other than in the restaurant itself

Absolutely, order ahead and collect is the only way. Guaranteed that you take away in the timeliest manner otherwise you could be at the end of a delivery schedule by which time your food is soggy and cold.
