Durov's position that all 'superpowers' are inherently not very nice, makes more sense to me than @vitalik.eth's selective 'genocidal dictators' lens into how the world operates. i.e. Durov's neutrality (well at least on paper) vs Vitalik's taking sides feels closer to me.
