ERC-4337 is what we need for the next step of welcoming more people to the web3 space! What I love the most about it is the possibility to have someone sponsored transactions. Outside of web3, people can easily download and try a lot of new applications and service without paying anything and put a lot of effort.

For people to enter web3, the learning curve they need to overcome is very high and a lot of steps are required for an individual to be web3-ready user. My friends would for sure be much happier to try using some protocols or mint some NFTs if some steps are taken out / supported.
