We’ve all read countless casts about how people hide their true selves behind masks they wear, often out of fear of revealing their real identity. But what’s the solution to removing the mask? You write your thoughts, and I will share mine in the future.

1. One of the first steps is to accept our true selves with all our flaws and imperfections as they are. We need to remember that no one is perfect, and hiding our flaws behind a mask instead of facing and trying to improve them is just avoiding the issue.
