damn just got $250k drained from one of my cold wallets

it's so cold there is no way of tracing how that happened

it isn't a large amount of money but i'm kind of dumbfounded by how this happened

can't put my finger on it

One of the things I hate most about these stories is the impending narrative switch as adoption increases that “crypto is safer on reputable exchanges due to insurance and regulatory protections”. I don’t want “not your keys, not your crypto” to die - it will create many negative externalities if it does.
