I value being aware of the assumptions I make about myself and how things are done because I believe there’s always more within me and more ways to approach things than I’ve known before Holding onto assumptions can keep us trapped in the past or stuck in the same version of ourselves, hindering growth But by challenging and becoming aware of them, we can propel ourselves forward🌹
