Hahahah. I don’t hate Android. I just feel bad for those that use it, that it’s not iOS 🤣. Now, you said “yes” to both to questions? That is…you just bought your Mac?

Oooh, yeah! Congrats, man! Welcome to the real inner side of the Apple Fortress, where everything between Apple Products has an AMAZING sync and connection. By controlling hardware and software, Apple is really the only one to create some kind of symbiotic connection between its devices and it’s just fantastic. Enjoy!

Which touchpad functionality in specific? The gestures? The trackpad is super reliable and you can configure the cursor dragging speed, just like when using a mouse and obviously the gestures as well. Like you can remap what each gesture does. I would suggest entering the “System Settings” area and messing around with the available options to tune it to the exact point of your liking 😉. From anywhere in the system. You can go “Cmd + Space Bar” and that brings up a TextField for you to write in (called Spotlight” where you can type anything and it will search throughout your Mac. That an easy way to enter any app you don’t have saved on your Dock.
