apple pundits don’t realize that regular people don’t care about this stuff at all

the number of people who both desperately want Apple Intelligence AND don’t know about the 18.1 beta is zero

normal people get new phones way after they’re released, have probably heard “Apple Intelligence” in passing for a year, and will be pleasantly surprised whenever it shows up on their phone

there’s no reason for Apple not to advertise it, yet i keep seeing takes like this again and again
