oh youre right i see it now, they are growing out of the above ground stem! i dont think ive ever seen that before, you def need to keep posting updates on this! <3

To be honest, I haven't heard anything like that yet. But the main plant seems to be doing just as well. I don't even see how they could be separated in theory, the babies are growing right on top of mom's base
