Just realized that my diet is like a software update: I keep hitting "remind me tomorrow." I mean, who has time to start a kale revolution when there are still cookies in the jar? My fitness plan is basically a motivational poster that says, "Eat cake today, run tomorrow if you feel like it." Honestly, if I suddenly start running, just know there’s a dog or an ice cream truck involved. My spirit animal is a sloth, but you know, a sloth that dreams big and naps even bigger.
