About 6 years ago I had an idea to leverage the blockchain for general election in my country. I later realized our national IDs uses asymmetric cryptography, and an Open Data law passed, allowing to leverage a Parliament API where the whole population could vote for every single projects of law before the MPs do.

Never launched the project. Could have been one of the biggest win for the blockchain industry. I was missing the development skills. How do you guys manage to transition from the idea to the implementation. And how do you do when you don't have the team to support your idea?

Either figure out a way to do it yourself, or figure out a way to recruit people who have the skills you don’t.
