I do not blame Farcaster directly for this decision, but it is not fair that users who are in a decentralized onchain world must pay for the mistakes that others make, we will see how much this harms us, otherwise we will have to go look for better paths where we can be without being banned by absurd laws.

I agree with this take, the approach they can take is to decentralize rewards at some point, so those who are not under US law can still distribute, e.g. maybe it's the case with $degen

Thank you for the support, not only to me but to the hundreds good people who are surely in the same situation as me, I really hope that an alternative can come out, since day 1 supported Farcaster and it is not fair that this happens at this point.
