I do not blame Farcaster directly for this decision, but it is not fair that users who are in a decentralized onchain world must pay for the mistakes that others make, we will see how much this harms us, otherwise we will have to go look for better paths where we can be without being banned by absurd laws.

Don't worry, you're not missing out on anything—it's just noise. There are options like Payflow and others that were already being used. I don't mind them complying with regulations; what really bothers me is that they keep pushing the decentralization narrative when, in the end, they themselves admit they are a company.

I feel very sorry for you and for many friends from all the countries on that list. I wish that one day decentralization would put an end to these things 😪

I made similar remarks a few days ago, but apparently, I came across as entitled. It was amusing because that wasn’t my intent at all. What made it even more interesting was that the comment came from someone I had somewhat put on a pedestal, just a reminder that you never truly know someone until you disagree with them.

Y se llenan la boca que estan apoyando la descentralizacion! Pero excluyen a usuarios reales por razones politicas!
