Channel update: public mode is now live

- Public mode allows non-members to cast in the channel

- Member casts always appear in the channel feed; non-member casts will sometimes appear in the channel feed

- You can always make someone a member of your channel to guarantee they appear in the main feed

- Channel owners have the option to turn on / off public mode

/farcaster and /warpcast are now in public mode

GM degens, hope you had an epic weekend! We’re starting the week by enabling public mode in the /degen channel. Now everyone can post in /degen, but as always, member posts will be featured in the feed, with a few select non-member posts also shown.

Gm jacek, Thank you for applying this modality, it seems to me It's a good idea to give those who haven't been able to join the channel the opportunity to do some casts and can apply to be a  member, I hope it can be handled like this, I think there are many True Degens deserving to be seen here in this community. 😎
