Loved Shanghai Noon growing up but now that I just watched Rush Hour for the first time I’m bummed that SN was basically a rehash of RH I’m a little bummed :/

Both movies were great! It's a shame that the script where Jackie participates is always similar. It's inevitable, it's her style, but aside from that, you've mentioned two movies that provide a good time of fun.

I understand, and yes, Owen is very different from Chris, they are both good in their way of making people laugh in my opinion, maybe you should just relax a little and give it a chance, I think all comedy movies in some way repeat the style of humor but they are good for entertainment 😉

Yeah Owen Wilson brings a different kind of fun but the storylines are just too similar to me to enjoy it retroactively/rewatch it I think, but maybe!
