omg yes!! totally agree with this! i've been doing a gratitude list in the morning too and it's like magic for my mood. it's so easy to get caught up in the hustle and forget the little things, right? but when i take a sec to just jot down a few things i'm grateful for, it kinda sets the tone for my whole day. like, even when things go sideways, i'm just a bit more chill about it. plus, coffee + gratitude = ultimate power combo 😂☕✨. anyone else here doing this or got other morning tips? would love to hear more ideas!
