How do you know how many times you have cut something?

it's an approximation of roughly once per day (which is conservative)

in the last week I used scissors to cut vegetables, pizza, a coffee bag, cardboard boxes, house plant leaves, gift wrap (I like to give gifts, in fact this pair of scissors is an oft-gifted item)

can…can you list the most common things cut the past few weeks

(not trolling; i use scissors to open food packages and such but it seems i should be cutting way more things???)
