Do you use a thought processing app, if so which one?

Obsidian on desktop, drafts on mobile. My dream for daily pages is remarkable -> handwriting conversion -> obsidian. But I don’t have a remarkable.

I dig old computers and used bookstores. 

Yeah I still love to come back to paper, especially for doodling. I love the Apple Pencil but I do wonder what it would be like if in an alternate universe Apple had pursued e-ink way earlier. I would love an Apple e-ink device.
