Obsidian Publish is really underrated when it comes to creating documentation websites I've been using it for the Optimism Resource Center (optimism.help) and it's really great. Especially the hover previews get a lot of positive feedback.

You can use it out of the box, and customize the theme with CSS https://docs.obsidian.md/Themes/Obsidian+Publish+themes/Build+a+Publish+theme There are also some pre-existing color schemes I made here: https://minimal.guide/publish/download
