Have you ever experienced feelings of loneliness, self-blame, hopelessness, or helplessness? Or struggled with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or uncontrollable worry? Or have you ever thought that suicide is the only answer? Remember, you are not alone. Globally, approximately 5% struggle with depression, 4-7.1% with anxiety, and 3.9% with PTSD at some point in their lives. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness, and a suicide note is not a love letter. If you or someone you know needs immediate assistance, please don't hesitate to contact local emergency services.
