Today is World Mental Health Day. Let's join hands to combat the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage reaching out for help when needed. Have you ever experienced feelings of loneliness, self-blame, hopelessness, or helplessness? Or struggled with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or uncontrollable worry? Or have you ever thought that suicide is the only answer? Remember, you are not alone. Globally, approximately 5% struggle with depression, 4-7.1% with anxiety, and 3.9% with PTSD at some point in their lives. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness, and a suicide note is not a love letter. If you or someone you know needs immediate assistance, please don't hesitate to contact local emergency services. Remember, there is help available, and you deserve support. Peace & love to all ~ KO
