Over communicate to your investors, they expect updates, even if they don’t ask for them. 

This is my #founder_lesson learned this month.

First off, not everyone agrees with this strategy. A friend told me he stopped sending monthly updates to his investors because “nobody read the updates”.

This is an excuse and not what investors expect. 

For my own (private) investment club I keep sending monthly updates regardless of comments or not.

Today my lead investor got back to me via text and it light me up with motivation. 

Meeting your stakeholders where they are and over communicating to them is a key to success for me.
