memecoins with "intellectual property" rights miss the point of memecoins (and crypto in general)

this whole industry is a reaction to the current system where property rights depend on inefficient contracts and legal systems

we made a new system with no middlemen so the market can efficiently decide what has value or not

bringing in lawyers to comment "well acktually this dog with a hat wasn't minted by the legal owner" is going backward
