place bets on whether a wc feature will happen by a certain day and then both sides lobby @dwr.eth and @v

I've actually thought for a while about creating a poidh bounty for the feature (open bounty so other people can add funds) but both of them don't like me anymore because I keep pointing out the feed is 🚮 so no chance they'd care about it

this is a great hypothetical bounty use case tho

you can build prediction markets on top of bounties based on whether they get claimed

interesting, could be a cool proactive funding source for community projects
