but point is Ethereum is primarily used, judging by volume, as a token launcher

but we don't discount it because those tokens go to 0

we understand that permissionless things will be primarily used for spam (just like the internet) but the 1% of good permissionless content makes them worth it

Yeah same applies if the vast majority of users on an Ethereum token launcher get rugged.
