I’m trying hard not to dump all the $degen I just withdrew from my vault. I want to support people like @kenny and /poidh but my claim was almost nothing last round. I am 99% it should have been more unless I was somehow disqualified. People in the community tried to help but no support from the team. No answers It’s super disappointing because I would have continued to vault my tips. I really loved the project but I’m feeling super bitter about it all now

@jacek I will +1 that I've heard a ton of sentiment like this recently, people seem to be confused about vaulting/tipping and users who seem like they should have more tips each season appear to come up short I know you're busy with many things right now, but lending my voice to let you know it appears to be a rising issue fwiw I also went to a Seattle meetup recently with new Farcasters and none of them understood how tips were supposed to function or how to claim...consolidated educational resources could be big

Totally get it, and appreciate you bringing it up. We’ve got our first engineer starting by end of May, and over the summer—while we build the Degen app—we’ll also improve the frame UX and landing page. Things have been slower than I’d like (should’ve hired sooner), but this should help us start shipping regularly again. It’s just been tough juggling everything solo, so until we get help onboard, the experience might stay a bit rough.

all good, I know it's been busy times for you and maybe something the community can rally to help with...just get someone to do an updated "beginners guide to DEGEN tips" thread everyone can point to that answers common FAQs I might even spin up a bounty 🤝

The @paragraph I wrote for the @beefy vault turned out to be one of the clearest ways for people to discover and understand that opportunity—it’s still getting shared. I’ll use that same format for DEGEN tips. That said, I’ve been holding off until the tipping UX is fixed and we’ve nailed down the right expectations. People tend to treat these posts like gospel, and with tipping—especially around reciprocity and bans—we need to make sure it’s done right. If we align the incentives well, it can create a really positive loop for everyone. I’m all in on making that happen before hitting publish.
