I’m not from CAR but the President of a country launching a pump at like 3AM in the morning (Africa time) does not seem legit to me

for sure, and doubt I have anyone here following me from the CAR, but any alfa is big right now because on the off chance this is legit (prob like 20% but still) the market is probably underpricing it

No one knows for sure except people from the particular country, but peeps have snagged good profit from it. I do know that the president has been a supporter of bitcoin though
