question...did you submit twice because you thought first one didn't work? would a refresh of the page after successful submission fix the problem?

Yeah, my guess is that the wallet signing was laggy after the first click, so I clicked again. It popped up twice and I just assumed it hadn't worked the first time.

If it were me designing, I'd immediately change the submission form to a progress screen once the wallet signing step is triggered.
