Did anybody ever do really simple "you have one job" types of DAOs? 

eg I want to be able to put money in a slot and a poster saying "Ethereum Is The Only Credibly Neutral Global Financial Platform" will show up in a financial district somewhere in the world

Should be able to do this with pretty minimal governance
