awesome, yes that'd be very helpful because I like to do "1 random winner" bounties but was always a hassle to record a video of myself doing a random number generator at a specific time

this would be much easier

it is under construction, I was working on it some time ago.. 
I think my initial idea was having an open API but it was long time ago, so I am not sure if this is built or not.. but will keep you informed after check the code tomorrow, should be easy like calling the api to get the number and everyone should be able to go to the frame and verify it
