part of the game theory was everyone was going to want Bitcoin eventually, even nation states

I mean I got here around the same time as Path, I don't question this at all lol

it's the people that were here early that abandoned Bitcoin (like Path) that are salty

agreed, it just doesn't look how ppl expected. doesn't mean it can't change again 

the earlier someone was to crypto the more they've benefited and its mostly the earliest proponents which question this. but they had the most effect on how we got here

While governments accumulating Bitcoin was perhaps part of the game theory, the challenge is ensuring they don’t use it to manipulate markets in ways that contradict Bitcoin’s ethos of decentralization and fair access. I don’t think anyone could argue in good faith that that was part of Satoshi’s vision.
