fun fact that’s usually a hit at parties:

when i was 20 & nasm certified & coaching & running gym two-a-days & was 6’5, 235 at 16% bf 

i was eating 6k clean calories a day just to maintain 

my breakfast every morning was 8 eggs, 4 eggs whites, 2 bananas & 2 cups of oats 

so yeah i ate a dozen eggs a day for over a year

gaining weight (which is generally just force feeding) is all fun & games until you have to drink your meats
